If you've spent years tilting your chin up for photos, or deleting the ones taken in overhead light, you already know what the brow ridge does to a face. Forehead and brow reconstruction is the single biggest change in facial feminization, and it's also the most involved operation in it: a scalp incision, the forehead lifted off the bone and, for most people, the front wall of the sinus reshaped and fixed back.
That's why it's worth choosing your team carefully. Bangkok is one of the world's leading destinations for facial feminization, and these are the best forehead and brow surgery clinics in Bangkok in 2026: who will operate on you, the hospital behind them, how long you'll be in hospital and in the city, and what to ask before you book.
How we rank Bangkok forehead and brow surgery clinics
I've spent over ten years coordinating international patients through Bangkok hospitals: visiting the clinics, sitting in on consultations, comparing treatment plans and seeing people through recovery. Forehead work is where experience shows most, so this list ranks on what matters for this operation: how central brow and forehead surgery is to the team, whether they do the full frontal sinus setback and not just a shave, who operates, and the hospital you wake up in.
Every fact comes from each provider's own website, checked 12 October 2026, with sources on its profile. No provider pays to be listed or to move up.

Kamol Hospital is where I'd send someone whose brow is the thing they see first. Facial feminization is what this hospital is known for, and Dr. Kamol Pansritum has more than 10,000 FFS procedures behind him by the hospital's count, with Dr. Sanipreeya Yingtaweesithikul operating alongside him on the face. The whole forehead range is done here: brow bone shaving, frontal sinus setback, forehead augmentation and brow lift, so the plan follows your CT scan, not a menu. You wake up in a JCI-accredited hospital with anaesthesiologists on staff and an 11-bed recovery room, then recover at K Garden, its own apartments, with around three weeks in Bangkok planned from the start.

How to choose your forehead and brow surgeon in Bangkok
-
1
Get a CT scan into the conversation
Your frontal sinus decides whether your brow can be shaved or needs a setback, and only a CT scan shows it. Ask each clinic whether the scan is done before the plan is final. The scan is what lets a surgeon plan with confidence, so the plan made after it is the one to compare.
-
2
Get a written plan that names the operation
A setback and a shave are different operations, so your written plan should say which one you're having. Ask whether orbital rim contouring, brow lift and hairline lowering through the same incision are part of it, and how many nights you'll spend in hospital.
-
3
Decide on the incision before you fly
A cut hidden in the scalp or one along the hairline: the hairline incision lets the surgeon bring your hairline forward in the same operation. Talk it through on your video consultation so you arrive knowing which you're having.

Plan for two to three weeks
Swelling peaks around days two to four and the bruising drains into your eyelids. PAI plans ten days, Bangkok Plastic Surgery two weeks of follow-up and Kamol around three weeks for full FFS. Book somewhere to sleep propped up, close to the hospital, and be gentle with yourself.
This page is information, not medical advice: your surgeon and your CT scan decide how your forehead is reshaped.
