4 Best Cheek Augmentation Clinics in Bangkok

Fuller, higher cheeks can change how your whole face reads. These are the Bangkok cheek augmentation clinics I'd trust with your midface, and how to plan yours before you fly.

  • Bangkok, Thailand
  • Reviewed 12 October 2026

Cheek augmentation is a small operation with a big effect. Adding fullness high on the cheekbone is often what makes the rest of a feminised face come together. Placed well, it looks like it was always yours, which is why the surgeon's eye matters as much as the city.

Bangkok has some of the most experienced facial feminization teams in the world, and cheek augmentation, with your own fat or with implants, is part of what they do every week. These are the best cheek augmentation clinics in Bangkok in 2026: who will operate, how long you'll stay and how to get a treatment plan before you book a flight.

How we rank Bangkok cheek augmentation clinics

I've spent over ten years coordinating international patients through Bangkok hospitals: visiting the clinics, sitting in on consultations, comparing treatment plans and seeing people through recovery. For cheek augmentation I rank on who will judge your face, whether they offer both fat grafting and implants, the hospital behind them and what your stay looks like.

Every fact comes from each provider's own website, checked 12 October 2026, with sources on its profile. No provider pays to be listed or to move up.

The best cheek augmentation clinics in Bangkok, ranked

  1. 1

    Top pick

    Kamol Hospital

Wang Thonglang · Private hospital · Checked 12 Oct 2026

Kamol Hospital is where I'd start if your cheeks are one part of a bigger facial plan. Facial feminization is the heart of this hospital, so the surgeon looking at your midface is also looking at your brow, jaw and chin, and planning the cheeks around them rather than in isolation. That is exactly how good cheek work is done. Dr. Kamol Pansritum leads the FFS team, with more than 10,000 FFS procedures to his name by the hospital's count, alongside facial specialist Dr. Sanipreeya Yingtaweesithikul. Cheek augmentation and cheekbone reduction are both here, so the plan can follow your face either way. You recover in a JCI-accredited hospital and then in its own K Garden apartments, with a personal representative looking after you from first message to flight home.

    • Facial feminization is the hospital's core work
    • Cheeks planned with the whole face
    • JCI-accredited hospital

    Yanhee International Hospital

Bang Phlat · Private hospital · Checked 12 Oct 2026

Yanhee International Hospital is a large JCI-accredited hospital with 400 beds and an intensive care unit on site, and that scale is reassuring when you're a long way from home. Its facial feminization team, with plastic surgeon Dr. Suthat Koonnawarote specialising in facial feminization, offers cheek augmentation with implants or with your own fat, so the choice can follow your face. Plan on one night in hospital, and the Pride Center keeps your transgender care together in one place.

Larger operations take place at two JCI-accredited partner hospitals, and it all begins with an online consultation before you fly.

How to choose your cheek augmentation surgeon in Bangkok

  1. 1

Send photos from the front and side

Cheek volume is judged in profile and three-quarter view as much as face-on. Send the same set of photos to two or three of these clinics, in even light with your hair back, and say what else you're planning for your face.

  2. 2

Ask whether fat or implants, and why

Fat is softer and partly reabsorbs; implants are precise and permanent. Ask which the surgeon recommends for your face and the reason. And if your face is already wide at the cheekbones, ask whether narrowing the jaw would serve you better than adding volume.

  3. 3

Ask about a top-up or revision

Some fat may not survive, and implants occasionally need repositioning. Before you book, ask whether a second fat session or an implant adjustment is part of your plan, and for how long.

  4. 4

Plan for one to two weeks

On its own, cheek augmentation usually means a night in hospital and around one to two weeks in Bangkok; as part of a full facial plan, expect longer. Book somewhere quiet near the hospital and let the swelling settle.

This page is information, not medical advice: the surgeon who examines you is the one to decide whether cheek augmentation suits your face, and how.

Cheek augmentation in Bangkok: common questions

Fat grafting or cheek implants?

Fat is soft and natural, though some of it is reabsorbed, so a top-up is sometimes needed. Implants are precise and permanent but are a bigger operation. Kamol and Yanhee offer both, and Bangkok Plastic Surgery offers implants. Read our cheek augmentation page before your consultation, then let your surgeon match the method to your face.

How long do I need to stay in Bangkok?

For cheek augmentation alone, around one to two weeks: Yanhee and PAI plan one night in hospital, and PAI asks for at least nine days in Bangkok. As part of a full facial feminization plan, Kamol plans around three weeks.

Which of these clinics are JCI accredited?

Kamol Hospital and Yanhee International Hospital are JCI-accredited hospitals, and PAI does its larger operations at two JCI-accredited partner hospitals.

How are these clinics ranked?

On who will judge your face, whether they offer fat and implants, the hospital behind them and how clear your stay is, from over ten years of coordinating patients through Bangkok hospitals. No provider pays to be listed or to move up.
