I read everything that comes in, though I can't always reply quickly.
Corrections are welcome. If a price is out of date, a surgeon has moved or retired, a description doesn't match what actually happens, or I've simply got something wrong, tell me. Include the page it's on and, if you have one, a source. See the editorial policy for how corrections are handled.
Questions and suggestions. The site is new and the procedure guides are still being written, so if there's a procedure, country or topic you couldn't find here, let me know. What people ask shapes what gets written first.
Surgeons and clinics. A surgeon directory is planned. If you'd like to be listed when it opens, get in touch with your qualifications, the procedures you offer and where you operate. Listings will be free and based on qualifications and experience, not payment.
Media. I'm regularly asked to comment on gender-affirming surgery and medical travel for articles, podcasts and segments, and I'm happy to do more of it. Tell me your outlet, angle and deadline.
Link builders, guest posters and "collaboration" pitches. No. I don't sell links, publish guest posts or swap placements, and I won't reply. Anything that opens with "I came across your site and loved your content" goes straight in the bin.
Want someone to price it up and plan it with you? This is the bit I actually do for a living. I help people work out which procedure fits, compare surgeons and hospitals, get a written quote and plan the whole thing, wherever they are and wherever they want to have surgery. Some go to Bangkok through Thailand Care; plenty stay closer to home. It costs you nothing: you pay the hospital's own price, with nothing added for my involvement.
