5 Best Breast Augmentation Clinics in Bangkok

Breast augmentation is often the change you notice every single day. These are the Bangkok breast augmentation clinics I'd trust with it, for trans women.

  • Bangkok, Thailand
  • Reviewed 12 October 2026

Breast augmentation is often the change you notice every single day: in the mirror, in how clothes sit, in how the world reads you. Most of us come to it after a year or more on hormones that didn't quite get us there, and by then you know exactly what you want. What you need is a team who understands that a trans woman's chest isn't a cis woman's, and plans around the body you actually have.

Bangkok is one of the easiest places in the world to have it done well, and recovery is short enough to fit inside a couple of weeks away. These are the best breast augmentation clinics in Bangkok for trans women in 2026: the hospital behind each, how long you'll stay and how to start planning before you fly.

How we rank Bangkok breast augmentation clinics

I've spent over ten years coordinating international patients through Bangkok hospitals: visiting the clinics, sitting in on consultations, comparing treatment plans and seeing people through recovery. For breast augmentation this list ranks on experience with trans women's bodies, the hospital around you on the day, and how well you're looked after in the week or two before you fly home.

Every fact comes from each provider's own website, checked 12 October 2026, with sources on its profile. No provider pays to be listed or to move up.

How to plan breast augmentation in Bangkok

  1. 1

    Check your hormone timeline

Most surgeons want around twelve months on oestrogen first, because breast tissue is still growing before then. Tell each provider when you started and what has changed since.

  2. 2

Talk to the teams from home

Kamol and Yanhee offer a free consultation from photos, PAI starts with an online consultation and Bumrungrad's Pride Clinic has its own line on +66 2 011 5611. Send the same photos and the same goals to two or three of them.

  3. 3

    Ask about implants and approach

Ask which implant type and size they'd suggest for your chest, whether it goes over or under the muscle, and whether fat grafting or a lift is worth considering. Ask what happens if you need a revision.

  4. 4

    Plan around two weeks

PAI asks for at least nine days in Bangkok and Kamol 10 to 14. Bring a front-fastening bra and loose tops, and book somewhere comfortable near the hospital.

This page is information, not medical advice: the surgeon who examines you is the one to decide which implant and approach suit your chest.

Breast augmentation in Bangkok: common questions

Which clinic in Bangkok is best for MTF breast augmentation?

Kamol Hospital is my first choice: gender-affirming surgery is its main work, it's a JCI-accredited full hospital and you recover in its own apartments. PAI has cared for trans women since 1975, and Yanhee, Masterpiece and Bumrungrad suit people who want a larger hospital setting.

How long do I need to stay in Bangkok?

Around two weeks. PAI asks for one night in hospital and at least nine days in Bangkok, and Kamol plans on 10 to 14 days. Your surgeon will confirm when you can fly.

How long should I be on hormones first?

Most surgeons want around twelve months on oestrogen, so the implant is chosen for the chest you finish with. See hormone requirements.

How are these breast augmentation clinics ranked?

On experience with trans women's bodies, the hospital behind the surgeon and how well they look after you before you fly home, from over ten years of coordinating patients through Bangkok hospitals. Every fact is checked against each provider's own website. No provider pays to be listed or to move up.
