A nose is never judged on its own. It's read against your brow, your cheeks and your chin, which is why feminizing rhinoplasty works best in the hands of someone planning your whole face, and why so many people who come in for a nose end up with brow work first on the plan. The changes are measured in millimetres and the result settles over about a year, so it rewards a surgeon who plans carefully and stays with you through follow-up.
These are the best feminizing rhinoplasty clinics in Bangkok in 2026: who will operate on you, the hospital behind them, how long you'll be in hospital and in the city, and what to ask before you book.
How we rank Bangkok feminizing rhinoplasty clinics
I've spent over ten years coordinating international patients through Bangkok hospitals: visiting the clinics, sitting in on consultations, comparing treatment plans and seeing people through recovery. With a nose, what I watch for is whether the surgeon plans it against the rest of your face, so this list ranks on how central facial feminization is to the team, who operates, the hospital behind them and how clear they are about your stay.
Every fact comes from each provider's own website, checked 12 October 2026, with sources on its profile. No provider pays to be listed or to move up.

Kamol Hospital is where your nose gets planned as part of your face, because facial feminization is what this hospital does. Dr. Kamol Pansritum has more than 10,000 FFS procedures behind him by the hospital's count, and Dr. Sanipreeya Yingtaweesithikul operates alongside him on the face, so the surgeon shaping your nose is also thinking about the brow above it and the chin below. It's a JCI-accredited hospital with its own lab, X-ray and anaesthesiologists on staff, and after discharge you recover at K Garden, its own apartments, with a personal representative on hand.

Masterpiece Hospital
Dusit · Private hospital · Checked 12 Oct 2026
Masterpiece Hospital puts your nose in the care of a hospital where aesthetic surgery is the whole focus. It cares for trans women through facial feminization from brow to chin, so nose narrowing can go in the same plan as the brow ridge reduction and forehead reshaping that change how a nose reads, with a hospital bed, not a hotel room, after the bigger operations.
- Dedicated cosmetic surgery hospital
- Nose narrowing within full FFS
- Brow ridge reduction in the same hospital
- Facial feminization from brow to chin
How to choose your rhinoplasty surgeon in Bangkok
-
1
Send photos of your whole face
Front, both profiles and a view from below looking up at your nostrils, in plain light. Your nose is judged against your brow and chin, so a surgeon needs to see them too. Send the same set to two or three clinics.
-
2
Ask whether brow work should come first
If your brow ridge is heavy, reducing it changes how your nose reads. Ask each surgeon how they'd sequence the two; the strongest plans look at your nose and brow together.
-
3
Get the revision policy in writing
Fine-tuning is more common after rhinoplasty than after other FFS procedures, so it's worth knowing the policy up front. Ask how long the revision window is, what a revision would involve, and whether septal work for breathing is part of your plan.

Plan for one to two weeks
PAI plans five to ten days for rhinoplasty on its own; Yanhee keeps you two nights in hospital. Splints or packing usually stay in for the first week, so book flights after they're out.
This page is information, not medical advice: your surgeon is the one to decide how your nose should change with the rest of your face.
